Can I rent the videos for longer than 72 hours?
We understand that every home has different needs at this time. If you require a longer rental period please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have an invoice option that may suit your needs!
How do I purchase the paid videos?
You may either email us for an invoice to pay directly or you may pay with credit card on the website through a secure credit/debit card payment.
To pay on the website, follow these simple steps:
Click on the video you would like to purchase and click Rent
Click Proceed to Check Out
There you will be asked to create an account. Enter your Email and Password
Once you have created an account hit Continue and it will prompt you to enter your credit card information
You will now have unlimited access to the video for 72 hours on any device using your username and password
Our home does not have a large enough space to play videos to residents safely. What should we do?
Not a problem!! We understand that social distancing is crucial during these times and therefore we have made the videos available for unlimited plays. Safety is our number one priority. With your username and password you can play the video for small groups or individuals as many times as you like!
Can we book you for live Zoom concerts?
Absolutely! We would love to perform live for your residents. Simply email us at email@example.com to book a concert.
How long will the videos be available online?
The videos will be available online for the foreseeable future. We release one concert per month, based on the theme of that month.
